1. Documents required for Partner Registration

  1. Partner Registration Form
  2. Copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificates (Local and Central)
  3. Copy of PAN card and declaration (Declaration required in case of proprietorship)
  4. Memorandum and Article of Association (In case of a company)
  5. Deed of Partnership, in case of a company
  6. Signed Sales Terms & Conditions
  7. One photograph

2. Documents required for Credit Limit Allocation

  1. Credit Limit Approval Form
  2. Annual reports of last two financial years
  3. VAT returns of last one year (four quarters)
  4. Bank Signature Verification
  5. Transaction Cheques for billing
  6. Two cheques along with covering letter

Note:

Credit limit of a partner is a subjective viewpoint and depends upon various variables (financial and non financial). The company’s financial health, past payment track record, trade reference with other principals and OD limit with banks are vital for credit alignment process. Credit limits are subject to periodic review. Any cheque bounce, default or delay in payment will result in reduction of credit limit.  

3. Channel Rebate Program

  1. Communication of rebate program to channel partners will be done by sales team
  2. Channel partners to validate the rebate program with claim cell on mail
  3. Confirmation about rebate program will be given by claim cell through mail
  4. After the rebate program, claim cell will calculate the payout as per rebate program
  5. Payout details will be shared with respective partners by claim cell 
  6. Payout will be processed and the payment made details will be shared to relevant partners

4. Dead on Arrival and Sales Return Policy

  1. All DOA and SRN will be as per the guidelines of OEM / brand owner and HCL
  2. Product returns if any, shall be with HCL’s written approval / authorization only. Each such return shall carry the RMA (Return Material Authorization) number provided by HCL
  3. HCL may replace or repair the returned products in accordance with the warranty policy for the product
